Service Description

Pipeyard provides a curated directory and marketplace of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server connectors organized by industry vertical. We do not host, execute, or manage MCP servers — we provide discovery, configuration documentation, and installation guides.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge.

Community Submissions

By submitting a connector, you grant Pipeyard a non-exclusive license to list, describe, and link to the submitted server. You retain all rights to the underlying code. We review submissions within 48 hours and may reject without explanation.

No Warranty

Pipeyard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or security of listed MCP servers. Users are responsible for evaluating connectors before use in production environments.

Prohibited Uses

• Scraping or bulk downloading catalog data
• Reselling access to installation configs
• Submitting malicious or credential-harvesting connectors
• Circumventing subscription gating

Liability

ChimeStream B.V.'s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of listed MCP connectors.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rotterdam.
